In the issue of Vanity Fair from July 2003 it was reported that she was one of the most popular teen stars for this season. In 2004, Vega completed two films, Sleepover as well as State's Evidence. The following year, she starred in the Lifetime television series Odd Girl Out, as one of the victims of cyber-bullying. In 2006, she starred in a television film in 2006 called Walkout. In 2007, she finished filming Remember the Daze which was only available in select theatres. Her filming finished Repo! Vega is Wick on The Devil's Carnival (2012) which is a film by directors Darren Lynn Bousman, and Terrance Zdunich. The two previously worked together with Vega in Repo! The Genetic Opera. In 2012, Vega played in the independent film 2br/1ba written by Rob Margolies and co-stars with Spencer Grammer and Kathryn Morris. Vega played a part on the Lifetime Channel movie The Pregnancy Project and the animated film The Clockwork Girl was completed. The film of Vega, The Mine, which was made in 2010 received screenings and a release with a limit. Vega played Christina in the animated series Unsupervised and also had a guest role on Royal Pains.
